Through its use of clearly structured surfaces and light walls, barthc reated functional conference and lecture spaces in the Roman Ministryof Finance which could be used fora variety of events. One striking detail is the sound-absorbing panellingi n the conference room which, through the use of twofold colour shading, has nuances which constantly change, depending on the angle from which it is seen.
